What the Coach is
The Coach is an AI fat loss coach. It helps you set a sensible calorie and protein target, log what you eat, weigh in, and build habits that stick. It is a coaching tool, not a medical service.
Not medical advice
The Coach does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and nothing it says replaces advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, have diabetes, heart, kidney or liver disease, or take medication that affects your weight or appetite, speak to your doctor before changing how you eat. If the coach tells you to see a professional, please do. The calorie targets it suggests never go below the floors recommended for adults, but only you and your doctor know whether they are right for you.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself, and use one account per person so the coaching stays accurate. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Payment
The Coach is a paid subscription, billed through a secure payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay, you can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge while keeping access until the end of what you have paid for. While the coach is in preview, access may be free by invitation.
Fair use
Please do not try to break the service, use it for anything unlawful, or use the coach to get around its safety limits. We may close accounts that do.
What we are responsible for
We work hard to keep the coach accurate, available and safe, but AI makes mistakes and the internet goes down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the coach's advice or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be excluded.
